Fend

Fend are a white-label Wordpress website support agency, working with large web agencies and hosting companies to manage updates, security and up-time for Wordpress websites.

They came to me as they were rebranding from "WP Agency Support" to "Fend", with a view to shaking off the "pile it high, sell it cheap" connotations of a very descriptive business name, combined with the so over used WP prefix.

Our strategy sessions identified the need in their primary audience to feel the risk and weight of supporting the websites they design and build lifted off their shoulders.
