Information Memorandum Design
Working with BHP Corporate Finance in Leeds, we created the Information Memorandum (sale brochure) for the £25m sale of Walkers Transport, a national logistics firm.
Sally has, for years been the authority on sales training for small businesses in the North of England with her ‘Fun Training for Results’, but her step up to bring the genius of her ‘embedded sales training’ model to a much more corporate audience required a new brand identity which communicated her shift in focus to her new market.
